Usage responsibility
Portion Margin helps organize bakery order inputs, review pricing,
and prepare customer-friendly quote output. You remain responsible
for reviewing assumptions, totals, customer notes, invoices, and
quote output before using or sending them.
The app is calculation-focused software. It is not a tax,
accounting, legal, health, safety, regulated financial, business
success, or profit-guarantee service.
Calculation boundary
Ingredient costs, labor time, packaging, utilities, delivery,
extras, overhead, margin targets, quote validity, and customer
notes come from what you enter and review.
Customer-safe output
Customer-facing quote text can keep reviewed price, order
context, validity, and selected notes visible without exposing
private cost breakdowns, formulas, margin targets, or working
notes.
License posture
Portion Margin uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement for
App Store distribution. No custom Portion Margin EULA is provided
for App Store distribution.
User-authored customer documents
Invoice notes, payment terms, tax wording, legal text, and
customer policies are user-authored. Add and review your own
customer-facing language before sending it.
No legal templates
Portion Margin does not provide legal templates,
jurisdiction-specific clauses, tax language, compliance wording,
payment-term recommendations, or invoice terms. The app should not
be used as a substitute for professional review.
Purchases and support
Purchase, refund, trial, and subscription details must match the
App Store listing and any implemented purchase flow. Use the
support page or [email protected] for current app-help
categories and data-boundary guidance.
No remote account service
Portion Margin does not provide accounts, cloud sync, website
analytics, automated support, online feedback storage, or online
app-data storage. Public-site support and feedback use
optional email, including a feedback form that prepares an email
draft for you to review.
