Portion Margin is local-first bakery order-pricing software. The app
stores your recipes, quotes, customers, ingredients, business
defaults, settings, saved history, formulas, invoices, and
customer-facing text locally on your device. The app does not
transmit that app data to us.

App data
Portion Margin does not provide accounts, cloud sync, website
analytics, advertising trackers, online feedback storage, or online
app-data storage. Portion Margin does not track users across apps
or websites. Your pricing work is stored locally in the app,
not in a Portion Margin account or remote app database.
Device-level backups, if enabled by you, are controlled by Apple and
your device settings.
Website contact emails and Apple platform data are separate from
app-local pricing data.
App data
Quote details, ingredient costs, customer context, business
defaults, settings, saved history, formulas, private pricing
review notes, invoices, and user-authored customer-facing text are
stored locally by the app on your device. Quote, ingredient,
customer, business-default, and settings data are treated as local
app data.
Website/contact emails
Optional support, feedback, and update-interest messages are sent
only when you choose to send an email. The feedback form prepares
an email draft in your browser; the website does not store the
form answers, run a mailing list, use analytics, share the draft
with advertising services, or provide an automated assistant for
those messages. If you email us, we receive the contents of that
email.
Email handling
A support or feedback email may include the sender address,
subject, message text, and details supplied by the sender's
email provider. Visitors should include only the minimum detail
needed for the request.
Apple/platform data
App Store pages, purchases, downloads, crash reporting, and other
platform-level activity are handled by Apple under Apple's
policies. That platform data is separate from Portion Margin's
local app data.
Local data controls
You can manage local app data using the controls available in the
app and on your device. Because Portion Margin does not provide
accounts, cloud sync, or online app-data storage, this website
does not offer remote account deletion or server-side app-data
controls.
