How does local data relate to support safety?

App data is treated as local by default. Support and feedback emails are separate and are sent only when you choose to send them.

Does Portion Margin require an account or cloud sync?

Portion Margin does not require an account for the app workflow and does not provide cloud sync or remote app-data recovery. Use your own device backups and the app's recipe and cost import/export features where available to keep copies you control.

Where do purchase and billing details come from?

Purchase and billing details come from the App Store listing and Apple purchase tools. Support does not ask for payment credentials or promise refund or billing outcomes.
