    Set up the order

    Add the item, quantity, customer context, due-date note, and quote-validity wording for the order.

    The order details stay connected to the recipe and quote so you can check that the price matches the actual request.

    Add ingredient and non-ingredient costs

    Add ingredient package costs, recipe usage, labor time, packaging, utilities, delivery, extras, overhead, and a margin target.

    Portion Margin keeps those inputs together so missing, unusual, or outdated values are easier to spot before you quote.

    Review the calculation

    Review the total, margin target, and any checks before deciding whether the quote is ready.

    The app helps with calculation review. You still choose the final price and can adjust the quote before using it.

    Preview customer-safe output

    Review the price, order context, quote validity, and customer note that will be visible outside your private workflow.

    Costs, formulas, margin targets, and working notes stay out of the customer-facing message.

    Save, reuse, and apply defaults

    Reuse saved quote context and defaults as a starting point for repeat or similar orders.

    Review reused values before sending a new quote, especially when ingredient prices, timing, or order details have changed.
